Return Shipping Charges

We will arrange UPS to pick up the RMA merchandise from the customer. We will charge the UPS shipping charge to the customer's credit card if the customer causes the mistake.

Cross Shipment

Cross shipment (Exchanged battery shipped to the customer prior to the company receiveing the original) must be secured by credit card. Such charge will remain on the customer's credit card until we received the returned merchandise. A refund for the charged amount will be credited within 30 days from the day on which we received the returned merchandise.

We accept credit card payment through PayPal payment system. We also accept Check and Money Order. (Credit terms are not available)

Refund

After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost, tax and shipping less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

Defecticve merchandise

WE warranty all it's products for a full year from the day of purchase . Defective product will be replaced as soon as we receive it in our facility . We will pay all shipping charges . Please you call our office and obtain an RMA number.

Non defective batteries

If you are not completely satisfied with our product you can send it back within 30 days . The day of purchase for a full refund . We recommend you inspect all the products that you ordered and keep all the packaging materials.

Returned merchandise must be packed in the original boxes and be in the same condition as they were received.

Before returning the product please call or email our office to obtain an RMA number ( Return merchandise authorization ) . Merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number.

The shipping cost for the return of non defective batteries will be the customer's responsibility.
